Amazing!!

We had a perfect stay! The place is spacious and cozy, with impeccable cleanliness. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail to make the stay comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located near the park. Melissa is extremely attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area!

Flexible/Convenient/Excellent

My wife and I work in healthcare as travelers and sometimes things come up where you need to be flexible. We had to move unexpectedly and Melissa was so kind and was able to find another tenant to fill the space. Its so convenient to everything especially the hospital, and the neighborhood is very nice and safe. I really cant say enough good about the place and the people running it. Thank you for a great stay and flexibility!

Clean, Safe, and Close

I stayed in Unit 3 for five weeks for a clinical rotation at the Salem VA Hospital. It took me around 12-15 minutes to get there from the house. The traffic in the area usually picks up around 7:30 AM and 4 PM, but it wasn't terrible. The unit was very clean and stocked with essential items (toilet paper, detergent, trash bags, utensils, cooking pots/pans). All of the appliances worked great. I had no problems at all. I really liked the open lot in the back for parking. There is adequate room for ~ 3 cars in the back plus lots of street parking. The house isn't located on a busy street, which is great. It is super quiet and seemed safe. The Wasena Park is just a few minute walk from the house. It has a biking/walking track with a basketball court, baseball field, and playground. Melissa is really nice and responds to messages super fast. Overall, this house is centrally located, clean, safe, and a great option if a place is needed in Roanoke.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood

Melissa was very easy to work with and professional. This house is conveniently in a quiet neighborhood located near Carilion Hospital and the greenway trail for walks and bike rides. There are 3 other units in the building and a shared grass parking lot in the back of the house. There is also plenty of street parking.

For the time my family and I stayed at this apartment we absolutely loved it. It was very convenient to all locations and was stocked with everything we needed. Landlord was very nice and fast to respond with any problems we had. We never had any problems with this unit and would stay again if we ever return to Roanoke.
