Private Garden Apartment

This was a great rental and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Springfield. The apartment was comfortable with a great backyard and patio space. It was in a convenient location close to the hospital and close to highways just a short drive from downtown. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any needs.

Perfect stay

Everything about this apartment was just perfect, from the hosts to the location! I worked at Baystate Medical, and it was a quick beautiful walk, only 10-12 minutes. I stayed for a few months and had all the comforts of home. Gorgeous established quiet neighborhood, I enjoyed walks and just relaxing on the patio. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place!

This property is exactly as listed! No surprises. Very safe and within walking distance of Baystate, which is where I worked. Everything was clean when I arrived. Even though I was there in the colder months, I did spend a few sunny days out on the decks. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a beautiful walk to work, only 10-12 minutes. Landlord is quick to answer texts/questions. I rarely eat out and the kitchen was perfect for one person. I do cook and had all the utensils I needed. The toaster oven will also bake along with air frying. The hot plate has 2 burners. I rarely used them both. Would definitely rent again!

This was a fantastic place to stay! D and M could not have been better hostspolite, kind and timely service always! My dog and I had a wonderful experience here and would not hesitate to return if circumstances allow in the future! Highly recommend!
