Great area, great host

Needed last minute housing in Portland & Richard's place was perfect! He is very accommodating and was easy to get in contact with. ALWAYS. I was locked out of the garage my first night and he came right over. Walking distance to a large park, multiple restaurants, & grocery option. Neighborhood VERY safe. My grandpa passed my first week here and he dropped off flowers. He even ordered two heaters for me to use during my stay. I had a contract at PSVMC and highway access is within 2 minutes either direction. Very central location. Close to most facilities and downtown without downtown problems. Very lowkey area. If I could have extended and stayed longer I would have! The things needed to make the space EVEN better (price point, etc).. he already adjusted for the next guests.
