Great apartment

Super great little apartment, amazing hosts made me feel very welcomed, they were easy to get in touch with, and quick to address any issues. The apartment was very homey and very quiet. I did also love that it was an easy walk into the downtown area of Everett.

Home for my first place in America

I stayed at The Birch Condo for my first travel nursing assignment in America. I couldnt have found a better place to stay. The landlords were very warm and welcoming. The place was very spacious and well-equipped for a traveller with just a couple suitcases. The neighbours are very friendly and its a quiet apartment, which is great when you want to sleep in! I definitely recommend this place if anyone is looking for a cozy place to stay in Everett.

Great apartment

Private peaceful apartment with own parking space next to the building. The application process and requirements were detailed and quite extensive but the check out process was easy. Apartment is stocked with everything you would need plus more such as additional utensils, linen, activities and books that you would not typically find at other rentals. The landlords were very nice, considerate and quick to respond.

Positive experience

When we arrived, M and S made us feel very welcomed. They met us at the apartment and showed us around. They also put together this great binder with information. They also introduced us to our kind friend for 13 weeks, Ernie. He honestly is the heart of this building and always gave us a good smile. The apartment is a two bedroom one bath. The front door opens up into a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, bowls, cups, and miscellaneous items. You could tell that they put a lot of thought into putting together this apartment. We knew this apartment was just remodeled and it looked wonderful/clean. The cabinets were not all filled with random items, instead filled with a few useful items.M and S were great landlords overall. They were very pleasant, welcoming, and it was a great experience.
