7 month stay

Good little apartment for travel nurses or other contract workers. Gated complex, equipped with 2 pools, and a gym. A bit expensive but on par with the area. Only complaint I have is noisy neighbors. Lots of uncontrolled small dogs roaming off leash and barking at everything at the complex. Obviously out of the Landlords control, but was a constant annoyance. Outside of that, the apartment itself is great. Kitchen fully equipped, plenty of linens, plenty of items to keep your space clean, reliable internet, safe area. Carpets could be replaced. Youre not getting a great deal here but youre getting enough to make it a fair trade.

Amazing Stay!

D was an amazing host! This was about 12 minutes away from my contract at Banner Estrella. He was responsive, gave us a list of his favorite restaurants around the area, and updates on food trucks at the apartment. The apartment came fully stocked with everything you would need and way more! We had a covered/reserved parking space, which was so nice in AZ. We had to leave a couple days early due to unforeseen circumstances and he was more than willing to work with us. I would definitely recommend staying at any of his properties. Thank you for an amazing place to stay at during my contract!
