Perfect

I had a great experience staying here. Tuyen was amazing very attentive to any concerns and always quick to respond, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The room itself was perfect for me as a night shift nurse. Since there were no windows, it stayed dark and made it much easier to sleep during the day. I also appreciated that there was always street parking available, which made coming and going hassle-free. Most importantly, I always felt safe entering and leaving the apartment at all hours. Overall, it was a comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Best Furnish Finder ever! Tuyen is an amazing and responsive landlord who takes care of her tenants. She felt like a family member during my stay. I made unit 3 my home for one year and loved it. Unit 3 was stacked with appliances and silverware. It was spacious, the room stays nice and dark, perfect for sleeping in or working overnights, and has a washer and dryer in unit. This property is also in a prime location. Near major hospitals, 22 minutes from the airport, and 15minutes from downtown. Grand Ave is close by and has delicious restaurants within walking distance. Street parking is always available and digital key access makes entering and leaving a breeze. Tuyen really made my experience living in St. Louis great and I hope to return to her property soon in the future.

Neat and sweet

I had a great experience at 3117 Magnolia! Tuyen was amazing to rent from, she was so attentive! The apartment felt cute, cozy and safe. Its located near Tower Grove Park where many community events are held and many great food choices nearby. Thank you Tuyen!!

Perfect

I can not say enough great things about this location. It such a cute space with everything you need. Super clean and neat! Perfect for nightshift too. You can easily darken up the place. No issues with outside noise either. It was only a 10 minute walk from tower grove park and walking distance from a few great restaurants. Less than 15 minute drive to BJC and even less for SLU. No issues with traffic either. Tuyen, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. She definitely made me feel like I was at home. If I ever come back to St. Louis, I will definitely try for this place again!!!

Perfect Stay!!

I CANNOT say enough good things about my stay. I am a travel nurse and work at Barnes. It's about 15 min away from the hospital. The apartment is cozy, quiet and was supplied with everything I needed for my stay. I work nights and sleeping during the day was quiet and the bed very comfortable. There is a Snucks about 5 min away plus close to Resturant ect. If I return I will absolutely stay again. Plus the landlord responds immediately and takes care of any issue that arises. The Perfect Rental in St. Louis

I stayed here while on a travel nurse assignment for about 4 months. The property is newly renovated and looks amazing! It was very clean upon arrival and everything we needed was already stocked for us! Tuyen is very quick with her responses and always makes our needs and the apartment a priority! The building is quiet and the other tenants are very respectful! I would definitely stay here again and very much recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in the St. Louis area!
