My stay

I stayed here for 3 months to complete my clinical rotation for school, and the location was perfect. Easy access to downtown, museum district, or the medical center, There was plenty of parking along the street, and it was easy to make the place feel like home due to having many amenities and decor already provided for me. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Clean, comfortable and a short commute to med center!

I stayed here for a month while working for a short period at the med center and would recommend to other professionals looking for a nice place to stay. This studio is perfect for one person. The mattress is comfortable with nice linens and duvet. The central AC works well and cools the apt down nicely in the Houston heat and humidity. There is a closet that had enough space for my wardrobe. The bathroom has a nice shower with great water pressure. The kitchen does not have an oven/stove, but I bought an instantpot/airfryer combo appliance to use and it worked well for me! The fridge/freezer is a larger mini fridge that had enough space for my food. There is a small living space and a mounted smart TV in front of the bed that swivels to face the living area. I was able to park my car on the street without issues. Neighbors seemed nice and always waved at me when passing. Landlord is nice and accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend this studio!
