New Remodel w/garage! 5-10 min walk to train to Downtown Denver

An amazing place to stay!

I felt welcomed as soon as I set foot into the residence. A nice quiet area near walking trails and minutes from a train ride into the city. The living area is spacious and updated. New home feel to it. The property managers are also great people! Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable space minutes from Denver!

My husband and I stayed during my fall assignment at UC Health. The home is 30 minutes from the hospital and has a spacious driveway and garage spot. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and close to all sorts of restaurants, parks, and gyms. You're only 30 minutes from Golden and 30 minutes from Boulder as well. The space itself is perfectly outfitted for travelers of all types. The bathroom is large and modern with an overhead shower. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The kitchen is small but works really well if you use the space efficiently. The hosts are wonderful, quiet, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this stay!

Amazing space and great location

I am a travel RN that rented this unit while working at Anshutz. The property is incredibly clean and well maintained. The couple renting out the unit stays upstairs but it is still very quiet and private. My husband stayed with me and the two bedrooms worked out perfectly with him being able to work remotely out of one of them. The location is great with the train being maybe 5ish minute walk away so its very easy to get to downtown Denver. For the price of a two bedroom and for the location this is a great steal. Would absolutely rent this unit again
