Great Location

My partner and I stayed at the 2 bedroom location for 3 months while working at RWJNB. The location is very convenient (8 minutes from hospital and NJT). There is one parking space that comes with the rental, other spots are available in the shared/visitor lot around the corner. The complex is quiet and uneventful. Uche responded to messages and fixed any issues we had. There are 2 full beds in one room and one full bed in the other. The apartment is supplied with sheets, pillows, and one dish towel, but no bathing or hand towels. There is a couch, dining room table, Smart TV, and small porch with a folding chair, some side tables and no dressers but plenty of closet space. The place is sparsely furnished in regards to kitchen supplies and will mostly need to be stocked with your own cooking items. Recommend to stay as long as you have some of your own kitchen/linen supplies. Third floor (top) apartment.

Nice one bed/ one bath ground floor apartment with assigned parking close to the door in a gated community! Very close to local hospital less than 15 minute drive. Nice updated bathroom, big bedroom with a huge closet and a window nook! I bought blackout curtains and left them as a night shifter. Nice kitchen lots of cabinets and tall cabinets and microwave. The washer and dryer is in the kitchen and no dishwasher but that was okay. Also a plus walking distance to bus station for the charter buses that go into nyc ~45-55min ride and a grocery store too! The landlord is accommodating and communicates prior to entering the apartment too.

Simple 1 bedroom ground level apartment in gated complex close to the local hospital, less than 10 minute drive. Grocery store right outside of the complex . There is an assigned parking space which is convenient .Wifi quality was good. It had everything I needed for a short stay for my travel contract .

Came to New Brunswick as a travel nurse for a contract. I found this listing and the owner was very accommodating, allowing me to view shortly after submitting my interest and sealing the deal the next day. I dont need much, so the facilities and furnishings were more than enough for me. Doesnt have a dishwasher, but one wasnt listed, and somehow my world has not ended. The bathroom might be the most aesthetically pleasing part of the home. The bed room is big enough for 2 beds and the closet is quite spacious. The tv is a little fuzzy on the upper right margins but I dont watch that much tv anyway. Needless to say, it was good enough for me to request to stay another 3 months.
