Perfect stay

The property was clean upon entry, and has all the basic amenities needed for travel professionals. Additionally it was situated right next to several coffee shops, an amazing Italian restaurant, and next to a running trail. Easy walk to downtown to explore. Much cheaper than staying at an extended stay or Vrbo.

P is amazing! Very kind and accommodating. She worked with me when moving in and I had issues (none of it her fault- all personal things) she made sure I got in quickly and when my contract was extended to stay an extra week she was happy to adjust. Was always available when needed and very caring. The location of this apartment was perfect for me. Minutes to everything downtown and 10-12 minutes to Forsyth hospital and the mall/shopping centers. The area has restaurants and coffee shops you can walk to and I felt perfectly safe walking my dog around even at night. Theres a walking trail next to the complex. The apartment is relaxing and welcoming. Looks just like the pictures. I work night shift and was able to sleep during the day. Night time is very quiet at this complex. If I come back to Winston for a third time I hope this property is available because I would stay again. Thanks!

P is a wonderful landlord. She is very caring and goes over and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and always there when you need her. If you are in the Winston - Salem area and need a place to stay, then I highly recommend her units. She is very understanding and keeps her units up to date with the things you need while away from your home. Thank you P, for all you have done for me while being in Winston - Salem.
