Would stay again

M is a great host and I would be happy to stay at her property again. She is VERY communicative, understanding, and accommodating. M is an active problem solver and was very helpful the few times we had questions regarding the rental. Although there is an Ohana and a basement apartment attached to the property the other tenants are very kind and helpful. They were very considerate neighbors and were always pleasant to chit chat with. Next time I am in Hawaii I will be sure to reach out to M for help with my stay. Aloha!

GREAT PROPERTY, AMAZING HOST

THIS PROPERTY MADE MY VACATION TO HAWAII EXTRA SPECIAL THIS YEAR. THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, WELL KEPT AND SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL. I ENJOYED BANANAS RIGHT OFF THE TREE, AVOCADOS, AMAZING VIEWS AND PEACEFUL EVENINGS. THE HOST HELPED ME WITH INFORMATION ABOUT SITES NEARBY AND LENT ME BEACH GEAR AND KAYAKS, THE HOST WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE MY STAY WAS COMFORTABLE. THE HOST WAS ALSO FLEXIBLE WITH MY CHANGING PLANS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Great house near Kona Hospital

This was a great house for my husband, 3 kids and I to live in while I worked for 3 months at Kona Community Hospital. There was more than enough space for all 5 of us and the owner was great with shifting beds around for our needs. The house is well taken care of and M (the owner) was always very responsive about any questions or issues that we had during our stay. AC worked well, but was often unnecessary due to the fresh temperature at this elevation. The Lanai (deck) overlooks beautiful sunsets and some view of the ocean. Kitchen and living room are both large and worked well for our family to spend time together. Neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. A short drive takes you to numerous beautiful beaches or the town of Kona. If you have kids, there were also several fantastic parks/playgrounds close by. M is a fantastic host and her house is a great place to stay both for working and exploring the beautiful big island!

Spacious & close to hospital

The house is very spacious and only a 10 min drive to Kona Community Hospital. And since its located up in the mountains, its a lot cooler. I love being away from the busy part of town so I can enjoy the sounds of nature surrounding me. Theres plenty of parking for guests. Big kitchen. Because a lot of travelers have stayed here, they all leave wonderful things behind for the next person to share such as bikes and kayaks. Molly has been great allowing us to stay longer when we needed to. Oh and there are a few rooms that have a split a/c unit. Which is great to have on those days that do get pretty hot
