Private, Convenient, Close To Hospitals, Pet Friendly

Excellent place

We absolutely loved our stay here! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The property itself is beautiful, spotless, and complete with all the amenities you could possibly need. Theres even plenty of space for dogs to roam around freely, which made it extra special for us. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the hospital, grocery stores, and other essential places. On top of that, the landlord is very nice, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind!

Great place!

We loved our stay here! R was great to rent from and quick to communicate. The space itself was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a summer in Tacoma. We especially enjoyed how walkable the neighborhood was and having a small fenced in area for our dog. I worked night shift and the house was quiet enough to sleep in during the day and the blinds did a good job of blocking the sunlight (I still used a sleep mask to make it pitch black). R made sure to even check with me before doing yard work during the day since I was often sleeping during the day. We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Tacoma.
