Brand new

I stayed in the ADU. I was the first to rent there I guess. It was a very convenient location to Kaiser. All finishing touches in the unit are done well. It is very quiet. Only downside is, if there is any possibility your contract could be canceled or cut short, she will make you pay for every single day you sign on the contract. Which is not very flexible for travel nurses. Especially when you are paying a mortgage at home, rent on a new place, and still have pay her. All while not making money. If your contract is solid, it's a great place to stay.

I stayed in the front house. The owner, Karen (MGE Properties), is a very nice person and a pleasure to rent from. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and if something came up, it was taken care of immediately. When I moved in she made sure the house was furnished adequately and even bought my son special Spider-Man bedding and a Lego set to make him feel at home. She even updated the microwave and fridge while I was there which she didn't have to do. When it was discovered the garbage disposal was defective, a new one was installed days later. Everything is updated or brand new. She even bought a really nice extra table and chairs set for the breakfast nook, which made was really nice. She also maintains the landscaping and takes care of the little things like preventative exterior pest control and regular hvac maintenance. I am very grateful I found this place and I wish every renting experience was as seamless. Thank you.
