Kathleen was very welcoming and helpful. My room was everything that I needed. As a nervous medical student, she even drove me by the hospital the day before the start of my rotation and gave me useful information about the campus, it was a gesture above and beyond what I would have expected any host to do for me. She is in a safe area and convenient distance to Loyola. It was a consistent and reliable stay. She was great to get to know. Great to watch sports with as well! Thank you Kathleen for the stay!

Perfect for a Traveler

Great neighborhood to be in. My contract is at 2 locations. Chicago and Hinsdale, and it works great for me to be able to get to both places. Rooms are great, and it has that homey feel. Traveled for 5 years, and this ranks as one of my top places to stay.

Great location is a great neighborhood!

This is a really great option for someone looking to rent a room in a large house, especially those looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner is very accommodating to every need and highly respectful of all renters. I particularly liked having a driveway to park my car. Beautiful home. Fair rent. Amazing neighborhood close to the train to jump on and head downtown. This property gets 5 stars from me.

Perfect location

Great, safe, beautiful neighborhood. Everything you need is within 10 minutes. Beautiful house. Very comfortable. The owner K is very nice and gets you everything you need. All the amenities are fantastic. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Great rental

This is a great house in LaGrange, a peaceful, quiet, and very family friendly area. I took the basement and honestly everything I needed was available, and if somethinh was missing K, the home owner, made sure everyting is readily available. The basement is big with a foldable couch and a private bathroom and is well ventilated. All the aminities were available and in great shape like the fridge, microwave, stove, and laundry equipemnt. The house is a 10 minute walk from the main street where you'll find a lot of stores including trader joe, dollar store, jewel osco, and many resturants as well as a Pace bus stop. K was a great host and was always there whenever something was needed. P.S if you like to watch TV, K has an unlimited amount of TVs laying around
