My friend and I lived here for a few months during an internship in the city. A great place to stay. It was our first time living in the area. The capitol hill neighborhood is the best. Its so close to everything and very safe. The building is great with everything you need. Would recommend this place!!

Great Location and Great Communication

Our boys rented this beautiful apartment for several months while interning in DC. The owner is lovely to work with. She is very attentive and responsive. The unit is very clean and has lovely furnishings and household items. We were very concerned about the safety for our children and we felt very good about this location and in particular this condo. Steps from all that DC has to offer in a great neighborhood!

PERFECT in every way

Stop looking for a place to stay, and book this cozy Captiol Hill condo now! I stayed here while doing a stint at Childrens National Hospital. This condo is so gorgeous! The space is decorated beautifully and the owner spared no expensive for the upgrades. Its in historic Capitol Hill so definitely one of the safest places in all of DC since its so close to the Capitol building. The landlord was always quick to respond and super helpful! Im going to rebook later this winter when I return.

Excellent Home

I lived here while working at GW Hospital in DC and it was a wonderful experience. The location was amazing, right on Capitol Hill. I felt safe and secure and I was within walking distance to coffee shops, Eastern Market, and H Street. A**** always answered my questions and made sure I had what I needed right when I moved in. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to town for work!

Great place for travel nurses!!

My friend and I stayed at A'S place in Capitol Hill while on a travel nurse assignment in DC! We are so happy we stumbled upon it, it was the perfect place! Both bedrooms were a great size and there was plenty of storage space for all of our things. The location is great with many places walkable. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating if anything was ever needed. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a temporary place!!
