Located on a quiet street a few blocks from Eastern Market, my home is an 1889 brick row house. Renter would have her own bedroom and bath, with use of the kitchen, laundry and outside space. Amazing stay!
I stayed with Janice during the summer of 24 and had the most lovely time! The location could not be better -- just a three minute, pretty walk to a CVS, Trader Joes, and the vibrant Eastern Market (and metro station). The house and garden are quiet and homey and the street is idyllic (and Janice's cat is so cute, but very skittish). Janice was so welcoming and hospitable truly the perfect host, and great resource for a newcomer to DC!
