Perfect!
The location of this place is wonderful-in a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood close to downtown! The studio is a large, thoughtfully furnished and comfortable space! Has everything one could need or want. However, Tina and Meridy made my stay perfect-they are such easy-going, helpful, awesome people! I will always be grateful to have stayed here and would return without hesitation if work brought me back to the area!

Nice place to stay
Very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful historical neighborhood close to downtown. The hosts are genuine and kind and very easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and comfortable. Grateful for the genuine kindness.

Amazing Stay
This a wonderful stay. Easy access to the greater Charlotte metro, historic Concord, Kannapolis, and many other great areas. Beautiful scenery in the historic district close to food and entertainment. It's close to many of the hospitals in the area for an easy commute. The landlords are so sweet and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have e everything you need for your stay. Super comfy bed and it's a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
