Amazing!

I lived here from May-August for a summer internship in the Seattle area. The place is truly a hidden gem. More than enough space for one in this roomy space. Fully furnished with everything you need for cooking and more. Cathy and Bob are great landlords and you can hardly tell anyone else is on the property. It is tucked away from all the city noise and chaos with a beautiful backyard. I wouldn't change a thing and will defiantly stay here again if I am back in the area.

Very comfortable and peaceful stay.

This property was absolutely excellent. For us initially what stood out for this property compared to others available, was the full size fridge and kitchen space with oven/stove top. The location allows you to enjoy a peaceful forest setting, while accessible to major freeways, shops and town centers. The studio has everything you need and the large windows allow it to feel bigger than it is. Free and safe parking was an absolute bonus! Landlords were exceptional, given it is a bottom floor unit - barely noticed/heard much above us and they give you plenty of space, yet they were always extremely responsive, friendly and hospitable. Next time we are back in Seattle we intend to reach out again to see if we can stay!

Peaceful and safe

This is such a great housing spot. Very peaceful and safe. Reviewing other reviews on properties there were car break ins which made me very uncomfortable being a solo traveler. This location is in a very safe neighborhood yet nestled in the woods. Making it feel like an escape from the busy city life yet being close enough to have access to virtually anything you would want. The landing is just 10 minutes which has all the shops, dining options, and top golf. This is a basement apartment but the landlords C and B are so kind and are willing to help with anything I need yet provide privacy. There are swings right outside that are nice just to enjoy. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer. For a small space you dont miss out on anything. I cant recommend this property enough. I wish every experience could be just like this one.
