My stay at the studio during summer 2025

Perfect size for one person. The studio is bright and cozy, and it's well stocked with essentials(pots, pans, dish soap, detergent, blankets, etc.). It's a bit out of the way which makes it very quiet and quaint, and the neighborhood in generally friendly. Deborah is also very responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect stay for me during my summer internship!

This place is the perfect size for a single traveler. I love the natural sunlight that it gets throughout the day. The view from the front door is beautiful and you have your own little fenced personal space with a table and chairs to sit at. Also, you have your own washer and dryer. The location is conveniently located next to groceries stores, restaurants, and quick access to the 101. Deb was great at communicating and ensuring I had everything I needed. Highly recommend

Amazing host!

Thankful I had the opportunity to find this spot and call it home for 16 months! I only planned on staying a few months. It's located in a conveniently located neighborhood right off of Topanga canyon blvd, views of nature but easy access to the city life and beach. Having access to your own laundry is a wonderful bonus! It's inside your private mini yard, outside the unit, so the noise won't bother you. The units walls are thin, that's just the way these homes are designed. But there's rarely anyone in the main house, so it's not a big deal if you are out during the days. Night time there is no noise, so you don't need to worry about your sleep. Deborah is a tremendous host and will go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and like family. 10/10 recommend this home!
