Studio w/ Private Entrance

The Best!

Marcia's and Daniel's place is great. I stayed for 2 months - and would have stayed longer but my work city changed. The Studio is big, clean and so comfortable with homey touches included. They are fantastic landlords and so nice. The property is super to sit outside when WFH and having that option. And so close to stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay again when back in the area. A big thank you to M + D for making my stay so great!

A solid five-star stay!

I had such a great experience here during my two-month travel assignment as a social worker. The place was super clean, beautifully updated, and clearly maintained with care. It had everything I needed. The location is great! It’s very close to Whole Foods Market and surrounded by great food options like Pollo Tropical, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Chili’s Grill & Bar. They're are even Plant Based shops minutes away! The Hosts were phenomal; making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I would absolutely stay again!

Nice Home Away From Home

I stayed at this location for three months. I would have stayed longer but my contract at the local hospital was up. This is a nice quiet studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and the apartment itself is nice for just lounging and relaxation. The hosts are very friendly and helpful should any issues arise. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Perfect private spot

Amazingly private and quiet private location that is absolutely wonderful for a solo traveler. The room is a studio that is perfectly laid out for living and comfort. Everything you need is here, including a cozy, private, covered outdoor sitting area. Private entrance and parking area, home is beautiful and yard is wonderfully groomed. Area quiet and safe, off the main road but near everything. Cameras on property for added safety, including parking spot. I couldn't have asked for a better location for my travel assignment. Any needs or questions were addressed quickly. Highly recommended.

Great and cozy home away from home

I really enjoyed staying in this studio. The owners M and D were always helpful if i needed something but ultimately left me alone. The outside of house is well kept and you can tell they take pride in their property. The studio is located at the back of the house and is exactly as pictured. It was clean and modern. You have access to washer/dryer if needed. You have your own separate walkway entrance and designated parking spot. I would highly recommend this property to any traveling professional. If i come back into town, I would definitely stay again!
