A Godsend

I'm an RN who lived at this property from January 2025-October 2026. Easy, fast commute to Sacred Heart and Holy Family hospitals, and just blocks away from Trader Joe's and Natural Grocers. Quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. The Landlord is a joy to work with. The house and property are well-maintained, and I didn't have to worry about anything. Communication is prompt and reliable. If my career didn't take me out of state, I wouldn't leave. This listing deserves every star in its rating and I'm sad to be leaving it.

Excellent place to stay

I am a healthcare traveler, and was on assignment at Providence Holy Family from June to November 2023. I rented this property from Jesse for my six month stay, and was very pleased. The property was clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and stocked with essentials and amenities. The neighborhood is quiet. Jesse was attentive and responsive to anything I needed. If ever in the Spokane area again, I will be reaching out to Jesse for my housing needs. I highly recommend this property. Thanks again J!
