Great rental!

I had a fantastic 6-week stay here! The apartment is everything as advertised and then some. It's bigger than your typical studio with a fully stocked kitchen and a private 3rd floor balcony. The bathroom is modern and clean. East facing windows in the bedroom meant lots of natural light in the mornings and made waking up every day extra pleasant. Having control of the thermostat in the apartment kept it plenty warm on the colder days. All the basic household amenities were provided, including towels, extra bedding, an iron, etc, and I had no problems with the WiFi. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It's well lit at night and I felt safe. Free parking was almost always available right in front of the building entrance. The owners were very responsive and accommodating throughout our communications. A small issue with the plumbing was resolved promptly. Payment and refunding the deposit was painless and timely. I really couldn't have asked for more!
