Great Neighborhood and Peace Backyard

Bill and Trudy are awesome landlords, I had a great experience renting this property from them. It’s in a nice safe location in Vancouver with nice & respectful neighbors. As a renter, I loved that the home had no carpet in it. The backyard is your own private oasis backing up to the woods with no neighbors behind the house, just lush greenery. I made some great memories grilling and having fires on the covered patio. I would recommend this property to anyone who is able secure a stay here!

Perfect place to call home!

I don't have enough good things to say about my stay at Bill and Trudy's! The house is in great shape and very well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with. The bedrooms both have comfy beds and the en suite in the primary bedroom is great to have. However, the back yard was my favorite part! It backs to a gorgeous green space and hanging out on the patio was very relaxing. The yard is well secured and my pups absolutely loved playing out there! The neighbors are also wonderful.... A retired nurse on one side and a very sweet elderly couple on the other who are always willing to lend a helping hand if needed. Bill and Trudy are very quick to respond with any issue that came up and were extremely flexible and accommodating. The location is great as well- Very close to the freeway, groceries, restaurants, downtown and both hospitals. If your travels bring you to the Vancouver area, I highly recommend a stay here!
