Classic midcentury home that was recently renovated with entire new kitchen and bathrooms as well as new flooring and paint throughout. Beautiful large bedrooms and picture windows in the living and kitchen. Very close to UC, Children's, and VA hospital campus!
Also close to great trails and parks in Stapleton neighborhood as well as Stanley Market. Close to major bus line.

Great stay
I worked at CHCO while living here and the drive to work was so quick and easy. It's also close to Stanley Marketplace. The neighborhood was generally quiet, though the street gets busy with traffic at times due to schools in the area. The parking out back was great whenever it snowed and was nice to not have to park on the street. Loved the inside of the house. It was cozy and newly updated. Had plenty of space and was accommodating. I did not hear the tenants downstairs unless it was dead silent in my part of the house, but I still did not hear them overnight while sleeping. My only concern is that this portion of the house controls both units' heat/air. I never heard complaints from the other unit about my choices, but something to consider. Would definitely stay here again.
Great place and location
I stayed here while working at CHCO Anschutz. I had a great experience and it was conveniently close to work. A place has everything you need. It appears to have been newly renovated and its done well. The bedrooms even have blackout blinds (I worked nights) and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. Lots of space for me and my roommate as well as plenty of towels, linens and consumables. Nice backyard, walking distance to the park, Stanley market and the Moorhead rec center. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. A was a great host and very easy to communicate with. I wish I couldve stayed again!
