Loved it!!!

I stayed for three months and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect amount of space for me and had everything I needed. I felt safe in the location and Yolanda did everything she could to help me out. She was extremely responsive and communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great studio in Pasadena!

I stayed at this house for 3.5 months and had the greatest time! Yolanda is a very kind host who cares about her tenants. The studio is in very good condition and includes everything you need. There is a nice outdoor seating area as well. The house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to transit (bus and Metro) and a short distance to groceries. I definitely got very lucky to stay here!

I stayed for about four months and it was amazing! The area is extremely nice and quiet and you have stores and groceries stores 5 mins away and the entrance to the freeway also within 5 mins from the location! Y really makes you feel welcomed and right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay as well! I've been traveling in LA/ cali for the last year and this was by far my favorite property to rent!!

Hidden little gym

This property was a cute little one bedroom house situated behind the main house with some pretty landscaping. This open concept had a beautiful kitchen with all the nice cookware you need, fold up bed if you need a little more space, a table, couch, and tv. Its great for one or two people, and has plenty of storage for clothes and stuff. Appliances and things where up to date and looking good, loved my stay here.
