Amazing Rental and Owners

I was on assignment at BJC (travel nurse) when I rented here. The home is absolutely beautiful (rental is too) as are the homes surrounding you. Very safe street parking, private security for the home & neighborhood. Description is exactly as noted & shown above. It is very spacious & quiet, the furniture is so comfortable & you have your own thermostat to control temp. Location is perfect! (I'm leaving out details so I can say more about the owners.) L & J: an amazing couple & now good friends, I cannot say enough! So accommodating, non-intrusive, thoughtful & caring. They made sure I was comfortable & had everything I needed. I unfortunately got sick, Covid & pneumonia, in November. They offered soup, Gatorade, tissues & to run errands for me if needed. I would often come home to cookies, fresh flowers & vegetables from the garden on my staircase. Jane would text me on events in the area so I'd stay entertained. I felt safe & cared for while there. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing property, location, and landlords!

This is a beautiful apartment, in a gorgeous home, in a lovely neighborhood with two amazing landlords! This location is perfect for travel nurses (5 minutes from Barnes, 15 minutes from MO Baptist, about 20 minutes from Barnes West and Christian NW Hospital). Within walking distance are shops, restaurants, and Forest Park with remarkable museums, walking paths, outdoor theatre, and the STL Zoo. Also short driving distance to Downtown, Delmar Loop, The Hill, and Tower Grove. The apartment has its own private entry with a security system. Beautiful furnishings with lamps made by Larry himself. Extremely well stocked and large kitchen with an adorable coffee nook. Parking right in front of the home on a beautiful private street, never making me feel unsafe coming and going. Larry and Jane are incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive and so helpful in getting to know the area. I miss this apartment and landlords regularly! You will not regret staying here!

Excellent apartment!

I was a new travel nurse and new to the St. Louis area. I was so nervous about being alone in a unfamiliar city. Prior to making my decision to rent the apartment, J and L did a FaceTime interview with me and showed me the apartment. I worked at Barnes Jewish Hospital during the time I was there and it only took me 5-10 minutes to get to the hospital. This apartment is perfect. It is on a beautiful private street. Parking is right in front of the home. I love to walk and could walk to Euclid Ave and go shopping, have dinner, etc. J and L also showed me where Forest Park was. Forest Park is such a beautiful park that is just down the street from the apartment. If you are a runner/walker/biker I always felt safe at that park when I exercised. Speaking of safe, I had my own security system at the apartment and that helped me feel safe and secure as well. You will have no regrets renting this apartment from J and L, they are great landlords and excellent people.
