No Security Deposit Return
Agreed to a 6-month lease starting August 2024--so AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY '25 =6 months. On 1/29, 30 days before the end of February '25, and after paying rent for February thru Venmo, I gave him 30 days notice that I was going to move out at the end of February to move out of state, which he acknowledged. Since moving out, he has not returned the security deposit, has not provided any accounting of any damages, which there weren't. Does not respond to any email, Venmo request with detail, text messages, all calls go to voicemail, voicemails are not returned.
