Oakland Gem

Joan's unit is beautiful, with high quality finishes, appliances, and a wonderful outdoor space. We felt the neighborhood was safe, with plenty of walking options within the neighborhood (Trestle Glen) and 5 min walk from the little "main street" Glenview with lots of little restaurants. There's a bus stop around the corner so public transportation into Oakland or SF is simple. My wife and I stayed for a month and had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. We'd stay at Joan's place again, and recommend it for anyone staying in Oakland.

Wonderful

My stay here has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment is beautifully furnished and truely makes you feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. There is a coffee shop, nail shop, and sushi place within 5 minutes of walking. No issues with street parking, always had multiple spots available. J, the host, is very responsive to any issues or concerns. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. 100% recommend!
