In the heart of Vancouver!

This apartment is an excellent place to stay in the heart of Vancouver and just across the Gorge from Portland. I was able to get where I needed with easy drive times. The apartment is wonderful but the landlady A is even better! She is so considerate and accommodating. Its very apparent that the tenant and their comfort is a priority for her. The apartment itself is very spacious and has everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with convenient walkable locations like coffee shops and the waterfront. For added safety the apartment has a private entrance with a gate, cameras outside and a digital lock to the door. Landlady A might even have some flowers and a welcome sign posted for you when moving into the apartment! Its definitely a great spot to be whether for a short stay or a long while. I am grateful for landlady A and her welcoming me to the area.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I travel with my dog who had her own private fenced in area to run and play. Even though it was a basement apartment it was well insulated and not noisy. A was very responsive and respectful. Would recommend this property!
