We are in the neighborhood of 5 to 10 acre lots. Our house is located near a pond in an open area by a tree line. We are surrounded by farms but don't have animals ourselves. This is a very peaceful area while being close to places you might frequent. Groceries and restaurants are 10 to 15 minutes drive. Wegmans, giant, harris teeter, bjs are nearby. Excellent Stay
Perfect place for my needs. I had an assignment at UVA Prince Williams Hospital which was 15 min away from their home. The downstairs basement had everything I needed. It reminded me of my own little apartment. The laundry room was upstairs but very convenient. Plus a steam room located in the basement which I had access to anytime of the day or night. (my favorite amenity) I had a mini kitchenette downstairs to myself. The King size bed was like heaven. I slept very well every night and the family never intruded or disturbed me. In fact, I hardly ever seen or heard the family because they were on the other side of the house. I was close by Target, major grocery stores and a shopping center 10 miles away. Most importantly, A & A were very welcoming and accommodating. A purchased a mattress and pillow cover for my bed since I was struggling with allergies and asthma while in VA. I have no regrets. Perfect for single travelers needing a place for a month or so
