Cozy Home Away From Home
I had a great stay at Diana’s place. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my time there. The home was well equipped with everything I needed, including a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, utensils, and coffee maker. There was also a washer and dryer available, along with supplies that I could use, which made my stay even more convenient. The rooms were spacious, filled with natural light, and had additional lighting and fans/heaters to keep everything comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay during my rotation at UCI. I would absolutely recommend it!

Best place and location!
I was on assignment at UCI medical center for a little over a year and was fortunate enough to find the pool house to stay at during my contract. It is in a great location, 10 minutes to UCI, safe neighborhood, and close to lots of attractions. Jim and Diana were excellent hosts and had the pool house furnished with everything I needed. Its really nice to have a full kitchen in a studio as well! If I come back in the future Jim and Dianas place would definitely be my first choice of place to stay again.

Wonderful Stay
This property had everything we needed while we rotated at the nearby hospitals! Location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with ample parking space. D was a wonderful host, and responded to our needs very quickly. Highly recommend!

Clean, Renovated, Perfect for Month Stay
My friend and I stayed here while we rotated at UCI Medical Center and CHOC. Both hospitals were 10-15 minutes away and the neighborhood was very safe. The small kitchen had everything needed to make meals including a microwave, coffee maker, and full sized fridge. Both rooms were spacious, newly renovated and furnished, and very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, charming place to stay!
