Great space
Well kept, updated, and great appliances. Easy to get anywhere. Close to food and grocery store. Jovelyn made process easy from beginning to end of stay. Thanks for sharing your space.
Great place to stay for short & long term!
I'm very much enjoyed during my stay here. Clean and comfortable. J very responsive when I reached out with questions, and extremely flexible with dates of stay. Location is right downtown Seattle, everything is close by groceries, restaurants, etc. Definitely will rent this place again! P.
Excellent Space!
J is a wonderful hostess who always promptly responded and gave me everything I needed in my stay. She is extremely accommodating and very willing to go above and beyond for her tennants. I love the neighborhood, the house is very conveniently located. There was no issue with noise or any problems at all really. The apartment is nice and looks just as advertised. I would recommend that anyone stay here, I absolutely loved my time in this apartment!
Best Studio and Host!
I stayed here for 3 months for an internship and have loved it! The studio is well finished with kitchen appliances, a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. It was a great size for one person. The landlord was also so kind and easy to work with. The location of the property is also incredible with both a grocery store and the bus to downtown just a 5 minute walk away. Lake Washington is also less than a mile away which was super fun during the summer months while I was there. If you get the chance to, I would absolutely recommend staying here!
