Delightful Experience

I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment here. The property was conveniently located to all the hospital sites I had to go to, as well as close to a shopping center that fulfilled all my needs, though they were only a few beyond the basic amenities already provided for in the apartment. The hosts were very accommodating and available with any and all the questions I had, and took care to solve any issues around the apartment, even before I knew there was an issue. Thank you for making my transition to North Carolina nice and simple!

DO NOT STAY!! Hosts stole our money and awful treatment received

The hosts were dishonest and withheld part of our deposit, and we now have to pursue a court case to get our money back! At the start of our stay, Michelle appeared helpful and bought a bigger bed as a goodwill gesture because the original bed was too small for me and my pregnant wife. We were never told we would be charged for it, yet at the end of our stay, Michelle deducted the cost from our deposit. Our relationship with the hosts became strained due to their behavior. Unsafe, unhygienic pans were not replaced, and Nick even threw trash in our backyard after he mistakenly thought I put it in a garden refuse can. Later in our stay, when he reluctantly came to fix something, he told me not to contact him again unless it was a major issue. The area was loud with trucks passing at night. The unit itself was fine, but the hosts conduct makes this a 1/5 property.

Best Experience

First, I just want to say thank you to M and N for giving us the absolute best experience we've had since becoming health care travelers. Their hospitality is unmatched and were always available for any questions we had. The property is beautiful, we spent a lot of days in the backyard enjoying the new fire pit area they built for their tenants, N even went out of his way to chop wood for us to burn. The apartment was pristine and gave us the most comfortable living experience. It's close to everything in a safe and comfortable area. We couldn't have asked for a nicer experience
