well maintained private home not so well maintained

I was excited to stay at this house after viewing the listing pictures which showed a spacious and well-furnished apartment. In reality if one walked in with just the clothes on their back this would be the perfect place for you.This property is not quite what it was advertised as. The kitchen is well appointed yet there is so much clutter that it is hard to pull anything out of the drawer or cupboards without breaking something or the ability to close a drawer again. The entire space was clutter which severely limited any space for the renter to move in personal belongings. In addition the home had a strong pest and mold issue, which significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the space. It was not uncommon to frequently find cockroaches in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen during my stay. I experienced plumbing issues during my stay, with sinks that drained very slowly and a dishwasher that needed to be used constantly to eliminate the odor of standing water in the bottom.
