Amazing rental

My partner and I rented from Jason for 2 months and had a great experience. He was very understanding and accommodating even allowing a cat for the first time, alongside our small dog. The 2-bedroom condo we stayed in was beautiful, with thoughtful details like remote-controlled shades and lamps with multiple settings that made the space feel extra comfortable and modern. While the parking space was a bit tight, the callbox had limitations with long-distance number programming (which affected grocery delivery access), and the insulation could be improved for better sound control, these were minor compared to the overall quality of the stay. The community felt very safe, and the location was super convenient. Jason was always respectful and responsive, and we appreciated how smooth everything went. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Apartment in Edmonds for extended stay

I would highly recommend staying at this apartment. I stayed here during a travel assignment and cannot say enough good things about this apartment. Even though it is located on the ground level, I never heard any of the neighbors. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, and has a very well stocked kitchen. There is a parking spot assigned to the apartment with the car visible from the living room. During the summer months, I was able to use the pool of the apartment complex. The host was quick to respond to any text messages/emails and was very helpful with tips and ideas for getting to know the area/things to do in Edmonds.
