Restful,Safe and Truly Welcoming

I truly loved staying here. The hosts K and P are such a warm and welcoming couple who made me feel at home from day one. The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything I needed and very near the hospitals where I worked. Working night shifts can be hard, but the blackout curtains allowed me to rest peacefully, which meant so much. The bathroom and shower were wonderful, with perfect hot water and a cozy, comfortable feel. I felt safe, cared for, and completely at ease during my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cozy Private Apartment with Everything You Need

P and K were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. From the moment we arrived, my son and I felt right at home. The space is like a private mini apartment, complete with a cozy queen bed, a desk for work, and a relaxing chair. Theres also a separate sitting room with surround sound and a leather reclinerperfect for movie nights. The full bathroom was clean and spacious, and the mini kitchen area had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. The entire space was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. P and K were always respectful of our privacy but available if we needed anything. Their warmth and hospitality truly stood out, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was just perfect for me. K and P were great from beginning to end. Your own entrance seperate from the main house with your own bathroom, kitchenette and TV room. Large TV and wifi. Parking space in the driveway is safe and well lit. The bed is comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Anything you need shopping/gas/restaurants is just a few blocks away. Feels like your own safe and quiet place. Highly recommend. Started out as a tenant and left as a friend.

Excellent and gracious hosts. Property is very well maintained and the convenient location makes it a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything

This is a very cute property perfect for travelers everything is within 30 mins. Hospitals, theme parks, shops, groceries and many restaurants. K and P are very hospitable hosts ans check in often to see how they can make your stay better. Definitely 10/10 if your in the Orlando area

Host - 5+ stars, K and his wife are very warm and wonderful hosts to spend time with. They live at the property making it feel like home for the guests as well. Location - 4.5 stars, The location is great for people working in downtown, it is very convenient to drive to all the touristy spots. However, you need a car as the location is not served by public transportation and Orlando's weather can be brutal. Neighborhood - 5 stars, The neighborhood seemed very nice and peaceful, homes were occupied by families. Everyone seemed to know one another. Furniture - 4.5 stars, Everything is exactly as promised in the description. Bathroom - 5 stars, the bathroom is of perfect size, neat and clean, homely, with all the facilities. Laundry - 5 stars, The hosts let me use the laundry whenever I requested, literally like in the morning and night whenever I asked I was allowed to use it. Parking - 5 stars, There is convenient driveway park for one car.
