Great Place

I had a wonderful stay this summer here! The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Kim, the landlord, was fantastic - she was responsive, friendly, and quickly took care of an issue with the AC, getting it replaced within no time. The move-in and move-out process was seamless and stress-free. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious cute and quiet

I've been traveling for 3 years and Kim has been the nicest and most responsive host I've had. The space itself is in a prime area that is quiet but close enough to walk or bike to the downtown area. The only downside of this place is that the shower is very short, so if you're 6 foot tall you won't be able to fit in there comfortably. The neighbors were all very nice too as a bonus.

This home was perfect for me and my little pup. I stayed here during a travel nursing contract & Kim (the owner/landlord) is incredible at answering questions, giving recommendations for the area, & giving heads ups on general upkeep of the home without being intrusive. I felt very safe here & absolutely loved the fact that it had a king bed & a smart TV in the living room. The only negatives are the size of the shower (its a tad small) & the steepness of the stairs to the UP unit (more due to my pups back/hip issues). I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this spot, especially if youre new to Cleveland. Its within walking distance to many good coffee shops, cocktail bars, restaurants, & isnt a far drive from downtown/UH CMC.

Cozy, quiet Ohio City Home

My wife and I stayed here while we were on a travel nursing assignment in Cleveland. It is a super cozy house that is completely renovated! its on a quiet, safe street that is walking distance to some cool restaurants. We loved staying here and the owner is super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would 100% try to stay here again if we do another assignment in Cleveland in the future!
