My best friend / travel nurse friend and our three pets stayed at this property for 2 months after an unexpected extension. The team was so welcoming and the house was literally shining clean when we moved in. The house is on a quiet street with nice neighbors who often shoveled out our driveway / sidewalk without asking after heavy snowfall! There is a cute enclosed porch and huge backyard that we would've loved to use if we stayed during warmer months. Overall, the house was perfect for us, felt very homey and we will definitely look to re-book if we return to the area in the future!! Also, anything we needed or any questions we had were addressed within minutes, the communication was top tier! I would suggest this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to stay in Rochester

I've had the pleasure of renting this property just over a year with my fur babies and I can confidently say that Jordan is the best landlord ever. From the start, Jordan has been incredibly responsive, professional, and kind. He goes above and beyond to ensure that any concerns or maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Communication is always clear and timely, making the renting experience smooth and hassle-free. The property itself is well-maintained and always kept in great condition with a beautiful fenced in backyard and full attic/basement storage. The neighborhood is quiet for a city home, and both neighbors are very friendly. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by how nicely decorated and well-stocked the property is, ensuring that I had everything I needed from day one. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. Overall, my experience with this rental has been exceptional and I would highly recommend this property!
