Wonderful Stay

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Phinney Ridge. Emily and her partner Alex were wonderful. They did such a great job keeping up the landscaping in the backyard where the apartment entrance was. Parking was not a problem. Short walk to many coffee shops and stores! Ben's Bread became a favorite! Very walkable neighborhood and about 10 minutes from Roosevelt station and greenlake park and ride (free) if you are needing to use the light rail. Recommend staying here.

Ideal Phinney Stay!

E was incredibly accommodating and pleasant at all times during our stay. You can't beat the location within this lovely neighborhood. Walk to a number of bars/restaurants and nearby Greenlake within minutes. Honestly, couldn't say enough good things about E and this unit!

Five Star Stay in Phinney

From the beginning the rental exceeded our expectations, the host greeted us and was incredibly accommodating from the first day. The space was incredibly clean and the layout was well thought out to maximize the space. Parking wasnt a problem and the location was the cherry on top being within walking distance of so many local gems. Would recommend the space to anyone looking to stay in the area.
