Brand New Nashua 1 Bedroom

Very comfortable

Me and my dog Tonks stayed in the smaller studio upstairs, with our own entrance. There are starter amenities like toilet paper, papwr towels, etc. The basement had a washers and dryers. It was very comfortable for the 20 week travel assignment and close to all the downtown stores. Charles was a great landlord and if I have to rent again, he will be my first consideration!

I rented for a 13 week contract in Nashua and loved it! The location is great, super close to everything, and Charlie is an excellent landlord who went above and beyond to make sure my dog and I had everything we needed.

Nashua One Bedroom Unit

I had such a great time staying at this apartment! I was very comfortable during my stay and the unit came with everything I needed. C made move in and move out very easy because of great communication. Loved this apartment!

Beacon St gem

Great find in Nashua that was close to the hospital and walking distance into cute downtown area. Loved the dedicated off street parking. Pets are allowed which worked out well. C was very responsive and accommodating to requests and made living there easy. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

C has multiple properties to chose from. My stay was great. C was very responsive with any and all needs during my stay. My unit was close to the hospital and downtown. Parking was easily accessible . I stayed during the winter months and C would text updates on when the plow would be arriving which was super nice. Pets were allowed in my unit which was also a huge plus. Unit was small, but cute and perfect for just myself. Overall, great stay and great communication from C! :)

Amazing Rental

I absolutely loved this apartment! It was perfect. Small/ cozy, beautiful, and very conveniently located. Furnishing in the apartment is adorable and modern. I was very comfortable here during my stay and C was amazing to work with. One of the best apartments Ive ever rented. Thank you!
