Beautiful Place!

Gordon is a great guy, and he was very helpful throughout the whole stay. I felt comfortable and safe in the area, and I loved the place! The cottage is super cute and cozy, lots of storage space for all the things I brought, and it had everything I needed. I was extremely happy with both the place and Gordon. I would recommend this place to everyone, and I was sad to leave it. Thank you for the great stay!

Monterey Gem!

This property is so clean, safe, cozy, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Mr Gordon is a very responsive owner, very thoughtful, and has built such a nice area to live/rent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and always felt safe living there. It's so convenient to everything and especially close to the beach and featured attractions.

Great little cottage and super nice landlord!

I enjoyed my 3 month + stay here! The wooded lot is beautiful, private and peaceful. The landlord is very kind , respectful of privacy and responsive. There is onsite laundry and the location can't be beat. I would definitely recommend.

Travel nurse, working at CHOMP. This is a great little studio cottage. Small, but everything you need, and quite cozy! Clean and up to date appliances. All the kitchen/ living essentials are here. Private from the main residence, with your own garden/ seating area & totally fenced in. There is a full service (or self serve) laundromat 1/2 mile away. Only 1 mile to shopping/ eating. Very bike friendly and walkable area. So many cool places to check out :) The landlord is great to work with. Super attentive to any needs, willing to fix or work out any issues, very approachable and a genuinely kind person. I would definitely recommend staying at this cottage! Enjoy it!
