Would love to come back here

Our family stayed here for 3 months and we love it here. K&T are the best, kindest landlords ever. Easiest booking we've ever had! The place is spacious for 3 and a dog. The park is just in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood. We would love to come back here if given a chance. Thank you K&T for having us you guys are beautiful souls.

HIdden Gem

This was a great find for a pair of travel nurses. Close to everything and anything can be delivered. Beautiful decor and everything you would need plus more. Great, safe location with great lighting if you work late. Would recommend to anyone traveling. Bonus: You will absolute love the shower!

Best accomodating Landlords ever in the area

K and T were the friendliest and most accommodating hosts. Their place felt like home. Me and my travel buddy E stayed there for 3 months and we were very comfortable. 2 bedrooms and 2 TVs were all good quality. I'm a gamer and there was a desk in the bedroom with the smaller bed where i put my monitor and it was so awesome to have. If you're a PC gamer, you definitely would like the smaller bedroom. Internet was good also. The kitchenette has everything you need for cooking and the refrigerator had enough room for me and my buddy. The selling point to us was the bathroom. Best shower I've ever seen! Really spacious and deep! If you're a travel nurse, this is a great place to stay especially if you're going to work at PeaceHealth Riverbend. it was only a 7 minute drive! Thank you K and T! Honestly, one of the best things about Springfield was staying at your place!

Our Home Away from Home!

We have stayed here a couple of times & its our first choice whenever we return to the area. Our first stay was for a month & we could not have been happier. The place is perfect! Its centrally located, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The building is very sound, too, so we never heard so much as a neighbor drive by. You really feel like you have your own secluded place. It is well equipped with everything you would need & then some. We enjoyed all of the thoughtful extra touches. Theres a park right across the street, which was great for taking our dog on walks. Theres a path that goes through the entire park. The playground & such is further up the street, so close by if you have kiddos, but the more private part of the park is directly across from the rental. It is always impressively clean, too. We never had a need to contact the owners, as everything worked swimmingly. We did encounter them in passing & they are wonderful people! Truly a home away from home.
