I lived in Marko and Nicole's apartment for 10 months while working as a travel nurse in San Diego. They were extremely respectful of my privacy, yet we always exchanged pleasantries when we saw each other and were quick to respond anytime I had a question or concern. The space is clean, quiet, and very comfortable, stocked with everything you need in a furnished apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location in Pacific Beach, walkable to the beach and all the shops while being far enough away from the noise. Ample parking in front of the house, a full sized gas stove, and access to laundry were great amenities. I highly recommend Marko and Nicole's apartment.

Enjoyed a 2 Year Stay

My initial 3 month rental turned into 2 years here while I enjoyed my time in San Diego, and I can't speak highly enough of Marko and Nicole. They have truly made my time here a wonderful experience. The unit is a separate little studio in the backyard of their main home, which means they're always nearby if I ever needed anything. I worked both day and night shifts, and I appreciate how quiet and peaceful the environment has been throughout my time here. Its always felt like a safe, private space to come home to after long shifts. Street parking has never been an issue, and Ive especially appreciated Marko reminding me to move my car for the monthly street sweeping when Ive gotten busy or forgetful. Little things like that show how attentive and caring they are. In all, its been a fantastic experience, and I feel lucky to have had such considerate, respectful landlords. Theyve gone above and beyond in making sure Im comfortable without ever being disruptive. Highly recommend! (Moved in May 2023, Moving out March 2025 but furnished finder limits the dates I can choose)
