The perfect summer stay

Do not hesitate on this property, it's the best! My wife and I were here May through August and had the stay of a life time. She was working in Jersey, I was commuting to the city, and the location was perfect. Easy parking, unbeatable NYC city skyline views, newly renovated interior, you can't ask for much more. When traveling to the city we would drive 5 minutes to Rutherford and take the 190, 195, etc. to be in Manhattan in 20 minutes or less (Port Authority). Or you can take the train through Jersey city. Loved staying at this cozy little space in New Jersey. Amazing views of NYC with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very walkable and safe area. Theres a cute park right up the street that my dog and I loved to walk to and lots of good restaurants also within walking distance. Would highly recommend this space and would love to stay here again if I ever come back to this area.

beautiful views, nice location

Bright, clean property with beautiful city views. Great location with grocery store right around the corner, easy commute to major highways. I felt safe taking walks in the neighborhood and never had any issues with the street parking. I never heard the other renters on property. Marcin was easy to communicate with and was understanding when my work situation changed.

Amazing apartment with easy access to NYC

We are a young couple who spent an amazing year here. We initially commited to 3 months and ended up staying longer because we loved it so much. This apartment although it may seem small in terms of square footage is actually perfect. Bonus: you can actually catch a small sunrise and also sunset view from the livingroom. The bed is comfortable and closet is spacious. The bathroom is beautiful with a heated floor and the couch can be made into a bed. The whole apartment is new and modern. The landlord is one of the best around and quick to act in the event of an issue. The apartment is on the 2nd level of the house which is broken into 3 different apartments. The street parking was never an issue and the neighborhood is very safe. The bus to nyc runs during rush hours and the train runs every hour every day. I worked from home and the internet was always reliable. Highly recommend!

Great apartment!

I lived in this apartment for one year and genuinely loved my time here. The apartment itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything one needs. The neighbors are great, and the landlord is excellent. He is always willing to help and gets back to you quickly if you have any concerns. I lived alone and felt very safe in the area. The view of NYC from the balcony made it even more worth it. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
