Amazing basement apartment

This was a fantastic stay! I was here for three months and felt completely comfortable the entire time. The owners communicated exceptionally well, and I didn’t encounter a single issue during my stay. The home is in a great location near a lake and not far from Denver, which made it even more enjoyable. I was working at Saint Anthony North Hospital, and my daily commute was quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Even though its a basement apartment it is so bright & spacious. The location was perfect for me working at Mountain Ridge, easy quick commute, never hit traffic or had to use toll roads. Its in a very cute safe neighborhood, with Hidden Lake steps away, and a view of the mountains in the horizon. I was having such a good time living in Colorado I extended my contract 3x and stayed for 8months! It felt extremely private as I rarely saw Jade or Tom. But if any troubles arose, we were able to get to a solution in no time.

Great place to stay near downtown!

So glad I found this place to stay during my summer in Denver! The owners are amazing, very respectful, and have created a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in their home. The basement suite exceeded all expectations: it is very spacious and feels as if you have your own private apartment. It's also stocked with everything you would need, and I honestly had zero issues while staying here. The location was perfect too as it's close enough to the city to go out and do things (about 15 mins.) but also out of the way of all the city traffic. I can say I've enjoyed my stay this summer and 10/10 would recommend it to others!
