Great long-term stay

I had a great four-month stay in this room, from June to end of September 2025. The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described, and the room was comfortable for a long-term stay. The owner was welcoming, responsive, and respectful of privacy, with smooth and easy communication throughout. I would definitely recommend this place :) You will fell at home the minute you arrive !!

Absolutely amazing!!

I've stayed with Yen for my first 2 years in college as an international student, and she was absolutely the best host ever! Thanks to Yen, my life in the U.S. as a student was so much easier. She took me to the bank, showed me how to ride the bus, and much more things that I could mention. She also took me to many different places to hang out and showed me around. She taught me so many things and gave me so much advice. She was kind, generous, and willing to help me whenever I was in need despite her hectic schedule. Honestly, I didn't see her as a host, but rather my sister, who was always there for me. The room was really nice, and I especially loved the view that looked out to her beautiful garden. Staying with Yen definitely was the best experience that I could ever have. Although I'm really sad that I need to leave her to pursue my education at a different school, my experience living with her makes me feel much more confident, and it was totally worth it! She is out of the world!

Great Place, Great Host

Yen is an outstanding host, and the room was both clean and spacious. It was well-equipped with all the necessary furniture, including a TV and AC for added comfort. The backyard is beautiful with garden furniture and is a good place to relax. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is spacious and you will have ample amount of storage space for yourself. Overall, Yen made me feel truly at home during my stay. This place is an incredible value for the price!

Wonderful and clean!

Best decision to stay at this place. Yen, the host, is very welcoming and accommodating. It is incredibly comfortable and clean and striking distance to Costa Mesa and Newport. The chickens and fresh eggs are an added plus! Highly recommend staying here if you are a student or working professional
