Cozy beach vibe with lots of space

Michael's accommodation has tons of space and is well furnished. It has a cool vibe with the beach decor throughout and has nice new appliances. Michael himself is easy to communicate with and is a nice, respectful host. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing Place!

I had a wonderful temporary stay here! Michael was such a welcoming hostfriendly, respectful, and always made sure I felt at home while also giving me plenty of privacy. His dogs were very well behaved and it was completely up to me whether I wanted them to come visit or not. The maid came regularly and kept everything spotless, and the space itself was both comfortable and inviting. Being away from home, I always felt safe and protected having Michael nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant, easy, and enjoyable stayId happily return!

I have over 20 years experience in mortgages, real estate and am a landlord in Colorado so i hope my review is read with more than just my likes/dislikes. When I got to Michael's i immediately felt welcomed and beyond happy to meet Rocky and Rambo (my boys) He explained the only shared space is the laundry room and that I was welcome to close the dividing door for privacy but yeah nah I wanted my boys to have access to ME lol. I have stayed for 6 months .. my health is tricky. That said? On my bad days? Guess who made sure my trash went out? Guess who offered to grab food from the store? Michael did. I am going to miss them all so much will always consider them family the world brought me. If you find yourself looking for a sweet and peaceful place with a lovely layout, plenty of space, amazing location hit my guy up. He is what hosting is about!There's a 1x month maid so cleaning behind yourself is easier. Overall I felt safe, welcomed and highly recommend

Michael was an excellent host! He went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay there and I had what I needed. Bonus was I could let the 2 doggos (Rocky and Rambo) visit anytime I wanted! They were great companions especially when you're so far from home. There is a common area that's shared occasionally, but Michael was always good about letting me know if he needed to do laundry or haul out music equipment, etc. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. If anything it was comforting knowing someone else was nearby if I needed anything.

Ladies STAY AWAY from this property, and anybody else that doesn't want their privacy violated. He invades your privacy and is a liar. There is no maids included in this lease. He constantly says that the maid was in your living quarters, without the tenant's permission. The apartment is extremely saturated with dog hair, EVERYWHERE! I have pictures to prove it. I do not recommend, STAY AWAY! He doesn't consider his tenants at all.
