This is a rural Vermont property in a small town- population 1800- with easy access to I-89-exit 2 and within 20 miles of 4 good hospitals. The apt is in the owners house- a renovated 1840 Cape on 60 acres with fields and woods and boasts a beautiful 1 acre swimming pond. Most recent dip was New Years Eve and lasted about 30 seconds.
