Wonderful Stay!

We had such a great stay, Justine was so attentive. This was the perfect location for us, in between Chapel Hill and Durham, and close to grocery stores/restaurants. The house has everything you could need and more! 6/5 stars!

Great Stay!

I stayed in Apt B with my small dog for 4 months to work at the university on a teaching contract. The unit was in great condition and had everything we needed. The property owner, Justine, is simply stellar. From the beginning it was clear that Justine cares about her tenants and always made it clear that she was just a text away if anything came up. I really appreciated her communication during major (and unusual!) snow storms and her quick to response to a maintenance issue. The location--on a bus line, in a quiet residential neighborhood--was great. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Chapel Hill, especially if they were working at the university or hospital.

Comfy duplex!

I stayed here for 7 months last year for a travel contract at UNC. Justine was always immediately responsive, and she made sure I knew who to contact if she was unavailable. She took care of a few maintenance items that arose right away. The neighborhood is very quiet, walkable, and felt safe. Super convenient, walkable to Wegman's and very close to 15/501 and I-40. The apartment is cozy and comfy, and it's very well-appointed. There is literally everything you need for a home away from home. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I find myself working in the area in the future. Thanks Justine for a great first experience with FF!!

Great Stay

I stayed here during a travel contract and my experience was great. The property owner was amazing and easy to get a hold of. The place for perfect close to the hospital with public transportation right stop very close, if needed. I would absolutely stay here again or recommend to anyone looking for a place in Chapel Hill.

Perfect!!!!

I stayed in unit B while working as a traveling medical professional. Before I even got there J went out of her way to make accommodations for me under very unique circumstances. She went above and beyond what any landlord what do for her tenant. It had everything I needed to make it feel like home away from home, from the kitchenware to linens. Attention to detail is an understatement, this unit was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was close to grocery stores, shops, gyms. An added plus with this unit for me was the bus stop outside that took me to and from work each day, which saved in gas and parking at work. This bus service is free and takes you all over Chapel Hill. J was very thoughtful and responsive my entire stay. If I work in this area again I would definitely rent this unit again. Words cannot show my appreciation, Thank you J !!!

Perfect!!

I stayed in unit B and it was perfect for me and my little dog. Justine is very nice and attentive. The apartment was clean and had everything I could need. It is centralized in Chapel Hill, making running errands and commuting to work easy. I will actually be returning to stay this year.

Unit A Review

Unit A was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed during my 2 month stay, including a washer and dryer. J was responsive, conscientious, and very attentive to detail. I appreciated the level of care she put into this unit and I felt right at home. The unit has easy parking, great access to shops, restaurants, interstates, is close to UNC and has easy access to Duke as well. J answered all my questions before I booked and was readily available to communicate about the property throughout my stay. If my work brings me back to Chapel Hill, I would be happy to rent this unit again.

Chapel Hill Duplex, Unit B

I rented the Unit B side of the property for 6 weeks while I relocated from Georgia to North Carolina. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and easy to maintain as it it one level with LVP flooring throughout. There is a huge closet with washer/dryer and plenty of room for the luggage and storage bins with which I traveled. The location is great for access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants - located right off 15/501 with I-40 close by. I really appreciated the landlord, J, who sincerely wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you J!

Unit B

I stayed in Unit B (other side of duplex). All I can say is- AMAZING. From speaking to Justine before arriving to Chapel Hill until even after I left, I have never interacted with a more attentive and wonderful landlord. Unit B was also recently renovated and very similar to Unit A which is listed. Everything you could possibly need was at the rental from kitchen-ware, to a fully stocked bathroom, and all bedding and bath towels. Unit also had a washer and dryer in closet. The thoughtfulness and kindness of J is shown in her rentals. After a long trip to arrive in Chapel Hill, it was so welcoming to arrive to snacks and basic starter items. I can't say enough good things about this unit!

First Tenant Review

This super cozy newly renovated one bedroom apartment is everything that is advertised & more! As Js first tenant in her new rental I was extremely impressed by her attention to detail. From the fully stocked mini condiments container in the refrigerator to the brand new plush white towels in the bathroom, every need that I could think of for my stay was covered by Justine. She wanted everything to be perfect during my stay & she exceeded my expectations beyond belief. She has easily been the best landlord Ive ever experienced. Her love for design & her ability to captivate such a peaceful, comforting atmosphere through her color schemes & complementary decor items was everything that was needed to unwind from a busy day. I have experienced various rentals & this by far is the best space Ive stayed in. Also this place is walking distance to Wegmans which has been extremely convenient for a foodie such as myself. If youre looking for a place in Chapel Hill, heres your place!
