Perfect Townhouse

We enjoyed this townhouse during our month stay in Chattanooga! It was set up perfectly. It has all the items I needed in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and beyond. The location was great and close to coffee shops and bakeries we enjoyed walking to. The owner is very kind and fast to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend!

Great Place!

Had the pleasure of staying in this townhouse for three months, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location in the Southside area couldnt be better with its walkability to great restaurants and coffee shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The neighbors were lovely (and quiet) as well! The townhouse itself was fully stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to extra linens. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Margaret was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always quick to answer questions. That kind of attentiveness really makes a difference for a longer stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental in Chattanooga. Id absolutely stay here again!

Loved it!

This location is fabulous! I liked it so much I bought a house one block away. You can walk to so much. Lots of great restaurants very close by. There is also a free shuttle bus within a few blocks that will take you all the way to the Aquarium. The townhouse is very comfortable and has everything you need, including off street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. She is also just a very impressive lady. She even rock climbs! You will enjoy renting here.

I wish I could buy the place!

The townhouse is very nice and in a perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars but on a quiet street with easy access to the highway. At first I was apprehensive about the proximity to the local chicken factory but it was surprisingly never an issue. The owner is such an awesome lady as well, truly couldn't ask for a better host. She has the house stocked with everything you could possibly need - towels, utensils, appliances, spices, etc. My only regret is not booking it for longer!

Beautifully Furnished and Conveniently Located

This townhouse was an ideal place to stay while working in the remote in the Chattanooga area. To Sum it up; Conveniently located near food, shops, breweries etc Safe Location with private parking Great Neighbors, Plenty of space for storage. Owner was extremely easy to work with. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
